€100 challenge for August 2014 : Zara – TK Maxx – Pennys – Primark- Fab – River Island

Hola fashionistas ❤

This months €100 challenge is a little different from previous months. In this months challenge anything goes, and everything I purchased was on sale. I wasn’t really focussing on any one particular outfit. I had my little blister, Sarah’s 21st birthday in mind, but I had a backup outfit at home in case I didn’t get anything. It just so happened, I picked up a dress in the River Island sale for only €18 #bargain. I also have a holiday in September so I kept that in mind too, while I was out and about shopping.

I headed into Dublin City and the Pavilion shopping centre, Swords to get my shop on and here’s what I came home with in August.

(I’m almost sure I’ll get a phone call from my Mom about this photo, conversation will go something like this, Mom: “Stephanie, why didn’t you iron that top before you took a photo?” Me: “uhhhhh?? oops!”) The main thing is, I’d never go out in it like that!

€100 challenge with Eat Sleep Chic Blog

As you can see I just bought a number of different items from Zara, TK Maxx, Pennys, Primark, Fab and River Island and I’ll mix and match them over the next few weeks. I’ve already worn the Zara jeans and the River Island dress, the rest I’ll hold up until my hollier in September.

My grand total for August was €92.98. I’m considering lowering my budget to €70 as it’s pretty simply to buy an entire outfit for the €100 mark and it’s not proving to be quite a challenge.

If you have any suggestions on where I should shop for some bargains please comment and let me know.
